How to Pay We accept Debit or Credit Card payment. Card types acceptable are those shown on the Worldpay Website, these are Visa and Mastercard and their derivatives. Switch and Solo are accepted from UK residents.

Payment by Cheque has been changed: If you wish to subscribe by Cheque ( £ Sterling only ), download and/or print the Subscription Form from our website. This can be found as a PDF document under the 'Information' Tab. Complete the form and with your cheque, made payable to "Porto Publishing", post it to Porto Publishing, 59 The Avenue, Ealing, London, W13 8JR, UK. (Full details on how to subscribe and pay are also on the form).

If you are subscribing from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the transaction to the currency with which you settle your account. However, the Worldpay payment screens allow the selection of $US and € euro billing amounts to be selected and displayed.

Delivery Schedule Please allow 3/4 days for delivery within the UK as postage is 2nd class only.
Delivery outside the UK is by AIRMAIL.

Tax Charges Magazines and Books marketed in the UK including ReSource Magazine are Zero Rated for VAT (i.e. European Union - Value Added Tax or Sales Tax) therefore no tax charges are applied by us.

Importation Taxes/Duties may be applicable in certain countries worldwide.

Magazines and books are shipped as "Printed Papers", we advise overseas subscribers to check with their own authorities, to identify is local Import Taxes apply. We DO NOT accept any liability for these charges and it will be the responsibility of the subscriber to pay these taxes on receipt.

Currently "Customs Declaration form CN22" is mandatory for shipment to Algeria, Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, Djibouti, India. Japan or Zimbabwe.

Credit Card Security When making a payment by card through the website you are transferred to the Worldpay Secure Server where you enter the required information for validation and amount. Worldpay are a part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, one of the main Banks in the UK.
Your Card details are not transmitted back to our website, nor do our Merchant access facilities on the Worldpay Secure Server, provide access to your account details. We simply receive an acknowledgement of the transaction relating to the Order No. (I.D. No.) issued by us.

Guarantee In the unlikely event of any disputes with Porto Publishing or any of it's divisions, these shall be resolved under the juristiction of English Law.

When displayed or advertised the content of any forthcoming edition of the magazine is subject to the subsequent availability of the material from the Author and/or its acceptance by the editor/s. No liability will be accepted by Porto Publishing for such changes in the content of the magazine.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Returns Policy We ReSource Magazine (Porto Publishing) do not operate a returns policy for the magazines produced, either for mail order through the the post or wherever they may be offered for sale at a point of sale establishment i.e. newsagents or private functions such as Conferences or Seminars or Training Events.

Should a Subscriber wish to cancel their Subscription we will refund 50% of the Subscription Cost for a 1 Year Subscription or 75% for a 2 Year Subscription, if not more than ONE issue has been sent to a subscriber. This refund shall not apply where another subscriber has benefited from the ReSource Magazine "FREE One Year Subscription" scheme.

Where a Promotional Product has been supplied, the full listed or published price of this product, will be deducted from any refund due as calculated in the above paragraph.

Subscription Offers shown on this website supercede any other offers shown in any edition of the magazine whether this is the current edition or back editions.
